Superintendent

The Superintendent directs and supervises the operation of PRJDC.

Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the program services of the detention center; they maintain the daily operations in the absence of the Superintendent.

Detention Counselor Supervisors

Supervisors share the same responsibilities as their subordinates as well as governing the implementation of policies and procedures, executing resident grievance procedures, oversees the operations of the shift and assign duties and assist with scheduling needs when necessary.

Detention Counselors

Counselors provide supervision and care 24/7, implement the behavior management program, counsel residents on behavior and social skills, facilitate group activities, maintain records and documentation, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in and around the facility.

Medical Staff

Our medical staff includes two nurses under the supervision of our contracted physician.  Medical staff are responsible for providing primary, preventative, and rehabilitative health care to residents as well as coordinating medical services.  Nurses will also complete resident physical exams within 72 hours of arrival and make appropriate referrals or recommendations to the physician or appropriate staff for the purpose of follow-up.

Administrative

Administrative staff plans, performs, coordinates and supervises all clerical operations. This person is responsible for a variety of secretarial and accounting operations. 

Maintenance

Responsible for a variety of recurring maintenance and custodial tasks in and around the facility, assists with security checks when necessary.
